Patchings Art Craft and Design
Festival 2007

offers a rare opportunity to see exquisite pieces of art and craft being created by over 150 exhibitors who will be demonstrating, exhibiting and selling their work. The Festival will be inspirational, instructive and enjoyable. Watch the exhibitors create their work with imagination and expertise from a wide range of raw material such as clay, stone, metal, wood, precious stones, glass, leather, textile and two dimensional media.

Meet some of the UK’s leading artists

A daily programme of demonstrations in the St Cuthbert’s Celebrity Artist Marquee will include
David Bellamy on Thursday and Friday, Mike Chaplin on Saturday, and Ann Blockley on Sunday. These will have video links for easy viewing and are very popular so arrive early to secure your seat.

Plus, Charles Evans will demonstrate daily for Daler-Rowney; there will also be daily demonstrations by
Keith Fenwick; other demonstrators will be working on behalf of Winsor & Newton and Derwent.

(Please note that there will be an additional nominal charge for these demonstrations)
