Exhibition
Programme 2008
|

| One
of the principal aims of the Centre is to provide a place were art
can be enjoyed. We try in all our exhibition areas to create a welcoming
and hospitable atmosphere, where visitors can feel comfortable and
relaxed in their viewing. |
We
have four exhibition areas at the Centre, with the
situated above
the Barn Restaurant being one of the main areas. This exhibition
space is usually dedicated to two dimensional art. With a varied
programme of monthly exhibitions there is certain to be something
to suit all tastes.
|

This gallery is on the ground floor and occupies three rooms which
are interconnected and provide a versatile exhibition space as
well as intricate corners to display, the high standard of professional
designer art and craft. The collection of work is proving extremely
popular and the exhibition changes provide for a fast diversity
in work. The programme of exhibitions shows a wide variety of
fine craft work produced by some of the foremost craft designers
and workers
in the country. The programme of exhibitions in the Crew Yard
Gallery is organised by
our Curator,
Liz Roberts of Atelier 18
|
Barn Restaurant.
This area includes a selection of work by some of our favorite artists and recent work by Liz and Chas Wood.
