Festival Exhibition

Each year Patchings Art Centre, in conjunction with The Artist and the Leisure Painter magazines, run an Open Competition for artists, both professional and amateur.

Images of artist's work are submitted by post / email and 140 selected works are collected together and hung at Patchings Art Centre as an exhibition. This exhibition coincides with Patchings yearly Festival and the pictures are also displayed online via this web site, with the added bonus of an extra 100 Highly Commended pictures.

The Exhibition is split into two categories :

The Artist for professionals, semi-professionals, art students, art tutors and experienced amateurs.

Leisure Painter for beginners, hobby painters and inexperienced amateurs.
