The Artist and Leisure Painter Exhibition

Two exhibitions of selected entries from this year’s open art competition showing the work of the The Artist Category for professional artists and the Leisure Painter section for amateur and hobby artists. 140 works exhibited along with an additional 100 of highly commended entries on the Patchings website. The competition is organised in partnership with The Artist and Leisure Painter.

Now in it’s third year interest in the ‘painting out’ weekend is growing considerably. Open to everyone, we invite all artists to join us to paint in the gardens and grounds at Patchings. Ability and experience is put aside for this popular opportunity, where enthusiasm and enjoyment are the only necessities and of course your chosen materials. No charge. Our thanks to Rosemary and Co for supporting this event with vouchers for a prize draw.

Nottingham Teddy Bear Fair

The doors of the Pavilion are open at 10am for the second visit of teddies from all parts of the country. Now a well established event supported by exhibitors who have the expertise and talent to create teddy bears with attitude! You are certain to want to provide a home to one of these personable characters. Free admission and parking. Refreshments available from the Pavilion and Cafe.
